Welcome to Fruit of the Spirit Kids™ ("FSK™"), operated by TBTM LLC. By accessing this website, purchasing products, or using our curriculum, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not misuse, copy, or exploit any content beyond what is permitted in your purchase or license.

2. Intellectual Property

All curriculum, materials, lessons, downloads, branding, and content are the property of TBTM LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may NOT:

• Share, distribute, or upload materials publicly
• Resell or redistribute any FSK™ content
• Modify or create derivative works for resale

3. Product Use (Families)

Purchases made for individual use (such as single grade curriculum, bundles, or membership) are for use within your household only.

4. Licensing (Group Use)

Any use outside of a single household requires a valid license. This includes:

• Classrooms
• Co-ops
• Churches
• Schools
• Tutoring programs

Licenses grant permission to use materials within the scope of the purchased license. They do NOT grant ownership.

5. Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically. You are responsible for downloading and storing your files.

6. Account Access

Membership accounts are for one household only. Sharing login credentials outside your household or license scope is not permitted.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (such as PayPal or Stripe). We do not store your payment information.

8. Limitation of Liability

FSK™ is provided "as is." TBTM LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our materials.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept any updates.
