Refund Policy

Questions about a purchase?

If you experience any issue with your order, please reach out before assuming a refund isn't possible. Email tbtmfsk@gmail.com and Mrs. Burns will personally review your situation.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all curriculum purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted or files have been downloaded.

If you have not yet accessed or downloaded your files and need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

2. Membership

Membership may be canceled at any time through your account or by contacting us. No refunds are issued for past billing periods that have already been charged.

Canceling your membership stops future charges and maintains your access through the end of the current paid period.

3. Licensing

Licenses are non-refundable once access has been granted and materials have been made available to your group or organization.

4. Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue, billing error, or did not receive what was described, please contact us and we will work to make it right.

  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased materials
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Product significantly different from what was described

We want every family and educator to feel supported. If something went wrong, let us know.
