Licensing Terms

1. Permitted Use

With a valid license, you may:

• Use materials within your licensed classroom or group
• Print materials for your licensed students
• Display lessons digitally (projector or screen)
• Adapt pacing to your teaching style and schedule
• Access updates released during your active license year

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share materials outside your licensed group or organization
• Upload files to shared drives, public platforms, or email lists
• Resell or redistribute materials in any form
• Transfer your license to another person or organization
• Modify, rebrand, or create derivative works without written permission
• Remove copyright or attribution notices from any materials

3. License Types

4. Digital vs. Print

Licenses include digital curriculum access. Printed materials and supply kits are optional and sold separately. Receiving a digital license does not automatically include printed copies.

5. Duration

Licenses are valid for one school year (12 months) from the date of activation, unless otherwise stated in a custom agreement. Annual renewal is required to maintain access and receive updated materials.
