What your license covers

All FSK™ curriculum is protected under copyright © 2026 TBTM LLC. Your license grants the following rights and restrictions.

✅ What you CAN do
  • Print materials for the students in your licensed class or group
  • Display curriculum on a projector or screen in your co-op or pod setting
  • Adapt pacing to suit your teaching schedule
  • Use across all grade levels included in your license tier
  • Access updates and new content released during your license year
  • Share login credentials within the user limit of your tier
🚫 What you CANNOT do
  • Resell, redistribute, or share digital files with other teachers or organizations
  • Upload curriculum to file-sharing platforms or public drives
  • Modify, rebrand, or create derivative works without written permission
  • Use for paid programs or tutoring services without a commercial license
  • Transfer your license to another person or organization
  • Remove copyright or attribution notices from any materials

Common licensing questions

Yes - within your licensed group only. Your license allows you to print and use materials for all students registered under your license. Materials cannot be shared with anyone outside your licensed group or passed along to other programs.
Yes. Licenses renew annually. This ensures access to updated materials and keeps your group's use current and authorized.
No. Any group use - including churches, Sunday schools, and VBS programs - requires a license. Group use means anyone beyond your own household. We keep pricing accessible and work with organizations on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, with the appropriate license. Any organized group - paid or free - requires a license. Digital access is included in the license. Printed materials are optional and not automatically included.
No. Login credentials may not be shared outside of the licensed user. Each leader needs their own access. If your co-op has multiple leaders, contact us to discuss a multi-user plan.
FSK™ complements state and national standards for early childhood development and social-emotional learning while keeping its faith-based framework at the center. It is not a secular standards-based program.
