What your license covers

All FSK™ curriculum is protected under copyright © 2026 TBTM LLC. Your license grants the following rights and restrictions.

✅ What you CAN do
  • Print materials for the students in your licensed class or group
  • Display curriculum on a projector or screen in your classroom
  • Adapt pacing to suit your teaching schedule
  • Use across all grade levels included in your license tier
  • Access updates and new content released during your license year
  • Share login credentials within the user limit of your tier
🚫 What you CANNOT do
  • Resell, redistribute, or share digital files with other teachers or organizations
  • Upload curriculum to file-sharing platforms or public drives
  • Modify, rebrand, or create derivative works without written permission
  • Use for paid programs or tutoring services without a commercial license
  • Transfer your license to another person or organization
  • Remove copyright or attribution notices from any materials

Common licensing questions

Yes. A single classroom license allows you to print and use materials for all students within your classroom. Materials may not be shared beyond your licensed classroom or distributed to other teachers or programs.
Yes. Licenses are issued per school year to ensure access to updated materials, ongoing improvements, and continued use of the curriculum.
No. Churches and ministries must purchase a license to use FSK™. We aim to keep pricing accessible and may offer discounts or partnerships for organizations when available.
